Meet Shayna

Hey gorgeous!  I'm Erica, the creative visionary behind Elite Events. My biggest inspiration behind every curated event is our clients. celebrations is the reason why I love what I do! My passion for creating intentional and personalized events is what makes an Elite Event distinguishable.

Hi babes! My name’s Shayna and I am your go-to girl that brings all the hype to your special day. I truly foster a relationship with each and every client to ensure your day is nothing short of magical. As owner of Shaytionery Designs, I also create cutting edge couture stationery for your day. 





Begins Upon Booking

The What Do You Think Girls Package plus the following:

  • Monthly Face to Face Meetings

  • Complete event design including

  1. Research, production, and coordination including flowers, décor, linens, lighting and custom installations.

  2. A vision board implementation of unique and personalized ideas for your dream wedding

  3. Event layout

  4. Management of all event items

  • Concept design including, but not limited to, the following:

  1. Invites

  2. Escort cards

  3. Favors

  4. Centerpieces

  5. Table setup

  6. Overall design scheme

  • Venue referrals and tours that fit your vision and budget

  • Assistance with vendor selection and contracts

  • Planning and accompaniment to all vendor meetings

Begins Upon Booking or 9 Months Out

  • The Bring it All Together Girls Package plus the following:

  • In addition to initial consultation and final review :Three comprehensive detailed planning meetings  

    1. A review of all of the plans made to date. This is an opportunity to discuss theme, color, style and complete wedding design. We will also collect vendor contracts and make vendor recommendations. This is where we will discuss seating charts and layouts. (Held within 2 weeks of booking)

    2. Site visitation. We will do a walkthrough on location of your venue, detailing each aspect of the day of. (6 months prior)

    3. Timeline Meeting (4 months prior) 

  • Attendance of two vendor appointments of your choice

  • Budget guidance

  • Design assistance with all stationery items

  • Design and coordination of custom displays

  • Assistance with favor selection and display

  • Vendor recommendations, selection and management

  • Etiquette advice

  • Collect and review vendor contracts

Begins 1 Month Prior to Wedding Date

    1. Initial Consultation​

    2. Final Review Meeting (3-4 Weeks Out)

  • Basic follow up coordination calls to vendors confirming all details

  • Wedding day timeline

  • Vendor contact list

  • Early arrival to ensure setup is correct

  • Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors on wedding day- (additional setup days available à la carte)

  • Helping wedding party + guests with special needs

  • Ensuring proper placement of escort cards, favors, etc.

  • Answer guests questions and concerns regarding the day

  • Coordination of rehearsal (up to 2 hours) 

  • Phone and email support  (up to 15 hours)



  • Cue musicians or music for ceremony

  • Lining up and cueing the wedding party

  • Ensuring your wedding dress + train are perfect before you walk down the aisle

  • Gathering family members + wedding party for photos

  • Making sure all finishing touches are complete

  • Placing ceremony programs, exit items etc.


  • Cue service for reception

  • Assisting the DJ or MC in guiding guests

  • Available and alert to take care of any unexpected occurrences

  • Keeping track of specialty items and packing them up

  • Distributing gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf

  • Coordinating transportation of any shuttles, limos, valet etc.

  • Packing up the car with gifts

  • Ensure vendors provide required services

  • Up to 10 hours with 1-2 onsite contacts- additional hours à la carte

We offer hourly consulting à la carte at $100 per hour.  Should you need to supplement your coordinating package, need help with guest management, or a creative eye for concept design, our hourly event consulting gives you the freedom for a creative solution unique to your needs.
